Simple Daily Dosage
Recommended Dose
Give two scoops per day with feed. This can be split between two feedings if desired. We always recommended a slow introduction, starting with 1/4 of the dose and increasing gradually to the full dose.
How to Feed It
The powder can be given as a top dressing (sprinkled on top of the regular feed) or it can be mixed into a mash (a softer, wet feed).
Tip for Best Results
Add a small amount of water to the feed after mixing. This helps the herbs stick to the feed so the horse eats the full dose without any powder being lost. A small amount of applesauce or shredded carrot can be added at the start to increase palatability.
